Can someone help me out with some info on shimming the fprv, my truck wont rev above 3400 and i think this a contributer plus a lift pump

If your truck has the stock program in it, it will defuel above this point. If you can look at the program with EFI live you will see what i'm talking about. I just looked at a stock program and at that point the fuel is being cut back. Look at "Max Fuel Injected Quantity Warm", at 3400 it cuts the delivery in half and past that point it pretty much shuts it off. Maybe an EFI guru can answer better than I.

Yeah the PPE should raise it to at least 3800, most go to 4500.

wouldn't there be an option with PPEs programmer to raise the rev limiter? I don't think it does it automatically....I don't know since I don't use the PPE programmer. Just throwing that out there.
