I have a dualside manuell A/C. When I turn the A/C button off, the compressor are still going!! I have check the relay, the relay are working just fine. I have always 12V to the relay!

Whats wrong, is the A/C button broken?
The little diode on the button is working.(light when on, dark when off)

I also have a bad sound in the fan belt wheel( sounds like a old Volvo J), when the A/C is off. When I turn the A/C on, the hole wheel is turning, then the sound is gone.

Do you have it set to 'defrost'? If so, it will always run...used to dehumidify the air.

Have you checked your idler arm for the source of your noise??

If you have the recirculate on, it will keep the a/c compressor running. Turn it off and see if the compressor goes off.

Strange, I can turn the A/C off now. Havent done enything.

Maybe it was the defrost or recirculate on! (I feel stupid)

Idler arm, thats the wheel to tighten the belt?
I'm sure the noise is from the compressor belt wheel. When I turn the A/C on, I got the sound. If I turn A/C off, sound gone. I only have sound the first 10 min, when the engine is cold.
