the passenger door lockon my 01 2500hd will only lock if you manually lock it with the sliding lever the drivers door works fine but the passenger dosent.

There were two relays at the top of the fuse panel that is on the side of the dash on the driver's side. One relay is for the lock function and one is for unlock. I switched these two around and after that they would unlock but not lock. I could tap on the relays and the problem would be taken care of for a few days and then it would return.
