Is most of the majority of your driving done while towing? I'm not sure about these new motors but some diesel engines do use oil. If you're working them hard it sometimes does happen. If you're not working it hard I'm not sure what to tell ya. I'm not a tech but there should be someone on here that can give you some answers.

Thanks for the reply turbo43 I'll take it in to the dealer and see what they have to say about it. I'm just used to a gas rig that didn't use any oil between changes. I did tow a 5th wheel for about 3000 miles so I'll keep an eye on the dip stick a little closer. Hope its normal for the diesel...Thanks Again
