Possibly - a set of gages, Boost and EGT, can tell you more about what's going on.
Air filter, fuel filter, fuel quality, all play a part in reduced power where there are no DTC's to explain it.
Read thru the FAQ's, go thru the checklist as a general preventive maintenance routine.
Post your results, and welcome to the forum

Does it rev up under no load? or does it only do this under load?

ok here's what it dose when driving along an you push the throttle a 1/4 of the way down the truck picksup rpm and speed. If you go any further with the throttle it dosen't pickup any quicker it stays the same as 1/4 throttle .In any other veh i ever owned when you put it to the floor it get up and go faster then if you only put the pedal a 1/4 of the way. so basicly should this truck notice a diffrent in pickup from 1/4 throttle to full throttle

Hit the diagnostic check list in the stickies and report back what you get. You need to fill out your signature as well, so we know what type, and year, etc. truck we are talking about.
