Anybody run these H2 wheels, or have any pics of a truck with them on?

Those are Alcoa wheels IIRC and they are VERY hard to come by these days.

They are the option wheels for the Hummer, they will not fit our trucks. I've looked at them in person, they have a deep pocket where the center bore is, they would not work on our fronts.

You looked at them or tried them?

I ran them for a month or so and just didn't like the way they looked. Sold them to a local guy who ran them on his 05 for a few months before he got a lift. The backspace would not allow him to use them any longer......they didn't look as bad on his white truck. The caps on the wheels work without having to space the wheels is the biggest reason I tried them.

Will the regular H-2 ALUMINUM rims and BFG tires fit on a 2500hd 4x4. what modifications would have to be made?

Actually I don't. I had some CPU issues a few months ago and lost alot of things. I would say the new Dodge chrome aluminum wheels would look better and would be easier to get in my opinion. Sorry I couldn't help with pics....

they will fit with t bars cranked all the way and the e brake cable tied back and the valence trimmed but a lift is probally more desireable im just too cheap to buy one ive got a set of the chrome h2 wheels with capslike the ones in the pic for $500 shipped

I didn't have to crank the t-bars on mine just some trimming to fit the stock crome H2 wheels and tires. They will work if you stay on the road.

are you able to turn or just go straight are you running 315s and if so do you have a pic because mine are barely clearing with the bars maxed out

They will work if you stay on the road.me too!:exactly: I'm running 285s - trimmed the front air damn, tied back the e-brake cable and cranked tbars 2 turns - no rubbing - no problem. Wouldn't know if all this would be sufficient for 305s though.

I sent some photos to a friend that wanted to see how the wheels with the 315's looked. He said that he still had them and will e-mail me tonight. I will put the photo's in my gallery. I have added the Cognito level kit and that added more room but I had to use a spacer as the tires hit the new control arms. On my truck the stock H2 wheels with the 315 tires worked with no lift/cranking of the t-bars,I only had to trim the fender liners & bumper valance. It was still a tight fit but I drove about 2k miles with it that way prior to installing the leveling kit. With the Cognito kit they still rub the rt fender when turning and backing up only.

Photos added of stock truck with H2 wheels and stock H2 315's,Trimming only no suspension or T-bar adjusting was needed.

I have a set of these and don't see a problem with them. I am working on a new set of centers to work with them. I don't like the flat centers as musch so I am working on a set of factory style centers with some modifications done to them. I am now trying to decide between the 315's or 285's. As soon as I decide what tires I am going to run I will put them on and post some pics. I have tried the 315's on there but it sure looks a long way from fitting without a lot of mods. I am also concerned about loosing mileage and/or power. I will try and post some pics with my modified centers for you guys.

I lost power and mileage. But there are ways to get the power back. Mine fit ok with stock suspension and better with the leveling kit.

Well, it has taken a while to get these pics posted as I said I would. After much research, and reading post on this very helpful site, I decided to go with "the other H2 wheel". I am pleased with the results. My first option was a set of Weld Cheyene wheels in an 18 x10 with a 325/60/18. Lets see, $3500.00 dollars or $500.00, plus another $100 or so for the new centers and the work I done to fit them to these wheels. You can look in my garage to see what a $3000 dollar savings looks like. I can live with it to do some other stuff.
As far as fit they are exactly the same as the cast GM H2's I ran on my last truck. I ran those for 150,000 miles with no problems except the chrome started pealing at the end. I hope with these being polished and clear coated, I won't have to worry about that any more.
Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

Hmm now seeing them on a truck, especially on AlligatorPerformance's truck, makes me want a set. They do look neat with the GM caps too.

AlligatorPerformance which color was the original on that truck, the black or the white? I've talked with my brother before about doing something similar to that, but until I saw your truck I never knew for sure how it would look.

Bright blue, special edition something or other that my Brother had to have...Only 500 +- made. They didn't look bad though, tires were too small for a 8" lift.
