My brother-in-law went with 235 85/R16s on his '03. You might need to crank the t-bars a bit in front.

235 85 16 Revo's work just fine, no cranking of the t-bars necessary. The backs will probably wear better as you have duals....

Go with 265/75/16...You will need a spacer, but works great. 255/85/16's works well without a spacer i'm told.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif

I was told 235's were as big as you could go without messing with the VSS. I would love to see 255's on my rig!

Scott, are those wheels the same size as OEM? In other words, do I need new rims??

The backspacing is a little different. It depends on the tires also. Cooper discovery LT/255/85R/16 are the ones that I found to fit the best. I would say try your factory Rims but I doubt it will work. Never tried the factory wheels.

255-s should be about the biggest you can go without spacers
