Hey guys,

I just ordered some 18" Eagle Alloy wheels for my truck. I was wondering what size tires would equal 33" and 35". I am thinking about putting Green Key's in the front and 2" blocks in the back and running 35's. Has anybody done this? Also, these wheels are 18x9.5, are they gonna stick out alot? I just need some advice because I have to buy tires and want big, but dont want a lift. I wanna put green key's and blocks but wanna be able to level it out. Will probably install some Rancho shocks also.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif

Thanks,

I think you are going to have one heck of a time getting 35's or equiv to fit under just green keys with the 9.5" wide wheel... Just my .02 but I don't see how it can be done... Even with the T bars totally cranked and the keys in there I don't think the 35's will clear (not height but swing width)... I think you could get 33's under there but you are going to have a little rubbing on the back fender wall when totally cranked. It will depend on your offset of those wheels as well...

You were not asked when you ordered them what back space you wanted? They will usually ask what you want. You should be able to run 33's with no prob. Just torsion bars up and a block in the back and yes change the shocks to something else. Call the place you ordered them from and ask what the offset is...

Yep, just like GMC2500HD said, call the company you ordered from and ask about the offset. 33s or equiv should fit under there..

I am running 35'vers with green keys. I had to move the bumper forward two inches and do alot of trimming on plastic and metal. I have since gone with a Trail Boss front end replacement bumper. The bumper push forward two inches look stupid on my truck.

By the way I have 16x10 rims on Goodyear 315/75/16 with 5 inches of back spacing.

I'm running ProComp X terrains 325-R60-18's(33-13.50-18's) on eagle 18x9.5's with 6 inch backspacing no green keys.
