Can anyone out there who has an undercover strobe kit please post some pics as to where their lights are installed in the front corner lamps and rear reverse lights? I want to see where I need to put them and how close they can be to the lens.I'm putting undercover strobes in these and L.E D.S everywhere else(grill, dash, rear window, both sides of license plate, and mirrors.) I just don't want to melt anything, I tend to have to leve them on for extended periods of time.

I've ran strobes in my plow trucks for some time. I run them sometimes for 12hours at a time, and on and off for days at a time. I don't see you melting anything, just make sure that the box itself can breathe where it's mounted, and use thick enough wire to feed the lights. As far as location, it's nice in the newer Chevy's/GMC's to remove the factory driving lights and silicone your bulbs in the factory holes. They reflect in a perfect location centered in the lens. For the rears, drill a 7/8 hole upward into the reverse light as close to the backside of the lens as you can to avoid the reverse bulb. (obviously remove the bulbs first). It will squeeze right next to the bulb & you can still have reverse lights. Forward & reverse constantly with strobes on, and I haven't had a problem. Sorry no pics handy.

I have no pictures for our rigs...but if you want it to be effective you must put the strobe close to where the maximum reflection will be...that means close to the original bulb. what wattage are you using?

I have a 90 watt supply with 4 clear strobes and a 180 watt that can handle up to 12 heads.
