Just curious. I've heard a lot of talk but no results. I wanted to try one but it was a busy summer.

I thought Kennedy only has an air/air intercooler, but could be wrong. His website is www.kennedydiesel.com (http://www.kennedydiesel.com) - if he offers it for sale, you can be assured it's good quality. He only sells what he knows will work.

All I saw there was the air to air.

Haven't seen any kits. A few have fabricated their own thing same as the A/A do it yourselfer's that buy the pieces and fit it up.
Last I heard as of a couple of months ago..... Heath was developing a kit and testing it but not happy with effeciency of prototypes and still working on a marketable kit .... I did not talk to Bill or ask specifics but it did not sound like it was close to market.

I am sure most anyone can make one up but trying to keep costs down and turn a profit while ensuring consistent quality and performance is an added complexity/difficulty.

there are some out there banks, centrifugal supercharger mfgr's have them and sparco. have seen unit made from transmission cooler sandwiched between plates mounted under blower before. caterpillar had unit for 3208 marine engine that was heater core hanging in air plenum on engine, used to break loose and lock engine. lot of marine engines use tube bundle stuffed inside intake tubing. may come up with your own design and try it. seems even smallest A/A CAC does alot for air temps. A/W give chance to reposition components.
