dieselmax82 10-13-2006, 12:08 PM Not sure if its a problem but should you be able to spin the rear wheels from a dead stop. My 03 with a 6er was able to make some sort of tire movement. The 05 is stock so was the 03. Also it does smoke when pedal is down hard. atver300 10-13-2006, 02:53 PM when mine was stock without holding the brakes and building boost it would not spin the tires but if you foot brake it to about 2000rpm it would spin now with turbo back exhaust edge and k&n it will smoke the hell out of em even on 315s FloridaZ 10-13-2006, 05:15 PM My truck will fry my 265's. Torque managment on the alison prevents spinning in first gear for the most part unless you powerbrake it or go in the water or add a tuner to it. sweetdiesel 10-13-2006, 06:48 PM My truck will fry my 265's. Maybe tomorrow I'll put the pedal to the floor and see what happens.):h MAX Attitude 10-14-2006, 04:27 AM The tires that are on my truck now don't squeel or leave that dark of burnout marks so it's hard for me to tell but I think it burns them a little on take-off. I looked once and saw some light black marks after stomping on it. Doesn't really matter...once I get a chip it'll light them up whenever I want it too. | ||
