Well I've been running the Bully Dog Triple dog with Outlook since spring and have had no issues. I towed a 12K 5er through the mountains set in Tow/Economy and daily drive in Performance. Today it was nice on the way home from work and the little switch on the dash was calling my name.:ro) ..I kicked it into Extreme and away I went, not driving too hard just to see how it would behave. I was cruising at about 110K went to accelerate a little hard and she backed off instantly  :banghead: The engine light came on and "Restricted Shift Mode" or something like that was displayed.
It set 2 codes P0700 & P1621. After stopping and starting the truck seems to be shifting normally and I was able to clear the P1621 code but could not clear the P0700 code
Q1: Is this normal?
Q2: Will it eventually clear or does the dealer have to do this with a Tech II?
P.S. The Outlook tranny slip monitor never went past 1% until she limped so a lot of good a tranny back down would do...
I guess it's time for a tranny upgrade...:D :D I'm going to start reading some posts but any advice would be appreciated.:help2:
