It seems like I'm on the route to changing my fsd. TRuck has died afew times while driving on the highway. It has done this about 4 times in the last week. the truck still has warranty on the engine.2000 3500HD just turned 40,000 miles. MY question is How do Iexpl, ain to the dealer ship, so they dont try to jerk me around. This is avery busy time for truck,And I'm usually loaded and driving on the highway.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif

erratic stalling and restarting with no codes is a very common problem with the latest model PMD and about the only thing that can cause that problem on a 00' HD.

The squeeky wheel gets the grease.
Let the dealer know in no uncertain terms that you expect him to make it right.
You have half your warranty left, this won't be the last time.

Pump Mounted Driver, or Fuel Solenoid Driver as some would call it (the black box)
