Does anyone else have a rust issue around there third brake light on top of the cab. I noticed my rust yesterday:(. Is it a bad problem with chevy's/gmc. my government work truck has the same problem. It is under the paint. Does anyone know of a way to fix this to keep it from getting worse.

Take to dealer is covered under warranty.

This is the first time I have ever heard of one rusting there.

My suburban has some pretty bad rust arround the plastic cover of the rear bumper. 3rd Break seems to be okay on my silverado though

Seems to me I read that all the sheet metal on the GM trucks is treated with anti-rust material with the exception of the roof panel. Out of sight, out of mind.

I have tiny rust spots on the front driver side corner of my cab. I haven't taken it in yet. Iv'e only had the pickup for a couple months now so you figure it wouldnt' have any.
