John finally released those long awaited gauges, and well worth the wait. Being somebody that uses these nearly everyday, I can appreciate having quality tools and the Kent Moore gauge being my only choice, I didnt like it but didnt know any better. Johns gauge has much to be desired over the Kent Moore, those of you who use it know what I mean. Liquid filled, no more eratic movements, OEM quick connect so it snaps right on, no adapting. The graduations are set to what we need, not genaric like the KM. I can read it down to .5 in/vac where the KM was sketchy acurate to 1. in/vac. I am very pleased with this unit, and if your looking for a gauge, this is the one I use now...

PS. KM gauge for sale

This is a (I assume) pre-production gauge, the final version has graduations in between the marks on the vacuum side. I just double checked his site, they are 150.00

The low psi unit has finer scale but 7.5 psi max.

The higher psi unit has 15 psi max and still does vacuum. Looks just like Eric's picture.

Eventually, I may do a psi only version with higher pressure capability, but the psi/vac feature is nice to have as most have no lift pump.

The low psi looks like this:
