I recently added tint to the windshield on my 04. I knew when I did it that I'd lose a bit of night vision. (But it looks sweet as h***) What can I do that isn't too expensive to get more light from my headlights?? New bulbs?? If so, what kind and where can I get them. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I would try upgrading your headlight bulbs to Sylvania Siverstars.
I know you don't want to hear it but I would remove your tint on the windshield. From outside with the sides and rear tinted the front will look dark anyway. At a minimum only tint 10" down on it. It's illegal in most states to tint lower down than that.

Thanks for the tip, one more question... What wattage do I ask for, or is that not a choice???? Sorry if this seems elementary, but I'm not that sharp when it comes to this kind of stuff.

just get the 9005 & 9006 silverstars. You don't get to choose wattage, purchase, plug & play install.
IMHO, i would remove the tint on the front window, just my .02
Silverstars is good but is only like mastercraft stuff and tires... you can have much more specialized powerful bulb like Hella ,Piaa ,Xenon etc. I have the Xenon 80watt low beam and the 100 watt hight beam and they are excellent. At first I have just put one bulb of each to see the difference and the stock bulb illumination look really yellow in comparaison. If its not enough you can also make the all lights on mode and ride the the low and hight beam + fog lights if your truck is equipped with them all together...

When you are done picking a bulb you can wire your lights so all are on when on high beams by using a relay and a bit of wiring.. We have been using Sylvania Siverstars & rewiring for one of our Fleet customers.

if you have the factory Fog lights you can use the Diode Trick (search Foglight mod) and have the foglights come on with your high beams (or your low, Drivers, and fog lights on with your High Beams)
