At idle or stopped at a light it seems like a fan up front of the motor will go on and off ( thats what it sounds like anyways ), somewhat like surging of the fan, it doesnt affect the idle speed nor do i feel anything when driving, I just hear some type of fan going on and off ?? Is this normal, and what is it ? - thanks

Most new vehicles if the climate control is set to defrost and it is above 50 degrees the compressor will kick on and off even if the fan is not on. This drove me nuts on my 2000 Tacoma. I haven't noticed it on my 2500HD LLY yet. Turn the defrost off and see what happens.

I find my A/C clutch to be quite a loud CLICK. When it turns on and off.

It is your fan clutch for sure. I hear mine all the time. My LB7 motor didn't near as much...
