Well, after the last fiasco http://dieselplace.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=10939, I have decided it's time to look for a new stealer. Anyone got a tech they can swear by in the Dallas area? These guys are trying to get me killed. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Dead.gif

I know its a drive from Austin, but I'd be willing to make it if there was a known-good Duramax/Allison tech at the end of it.
As it is, I know of no "good" Duramax/Allison tech in the Austin area and would default to the dealer I bought at (Henna).

100 miles south, my friend owns Bossier Country in Fairfield, right off I 45, Super sharp dealership, and he is extremely anal with perfection. Call him at 800-Bossier, ask for Randy. Tell him Tim referred you. He will solve your problem, or have someone solve it for you..
Good luck.

Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. Call Kim Marshall 817-421-1200 tell him you met Aaron with No Problem through TDP and he'll hook you up. They do great work as does Bankston in North Richland Hills see Casey. Or Mike Temple at Van Chevrolet in Carrollton. He is the Fleet Manager and I have bought 6 truck form him. Good guy to know.

Have you tried James Wood in Decatur or Denton. I have been dealing with the one in Decatur. Service Dept has been pretty good so far. Haven't had any diesel work done yet by them. Had to deal with the service managers a couple of times and had good luck.
