Will installing just a Gibson exhuast on my 04 LB7 increase any power or gas mileage? Or is it a waste of money and time?

It will not directly increase power or fuel mileage. It will help your turbo spool up a bit faster which will make it feel like it has a bit more power. It will also help reduce EGT's which is the biggest benefit of going to a 4" exhaust.

Put there all stainless steal kit on, less than a 1000 miles later took it off and sold it. For the price, far less than top quality, a "mickey mouse" 3 1/2" to 4" adapter, zink plated clamps that won't hold. Not satisfied at all.

Who do work for ?

I had a gibson on only b/c I got for free since they used my truck for R&D. It didn't last long i just ended up cutting out the muffler.
