This a small Video of a my 2004.5 Duramax doing a 14 second, 186 foot burn out. Video was shot on June 20, behind the Harley shop in Pueblo, Co.

Time: 6:30 pm

Surface: Dry

Weather: Overcast

Temperature: Low 70"s

Juice set on: Level 3

No bleach, oil, or water used to enhance the burn out. Many thanks to Maxter in his help, without him I wouldn't been able to post this. Many thanks to Rob and Tom at Edge for giving me permission to post.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif

Nuff said the Edge Juice is awesomehttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gifhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif

That's one hell of a diet your truck is on!

Ok, so I was a little off on the weight of the truck, more weight means it is even harder to get our overweight trucks to do a burn out. Hey all in fun you know. Well the guys at Edge like it anywayhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Wink.gif

I'm just pulling your chain. It's all fun and games until you have to buy new tires. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif

You all must have too much money. Burning out the tires is the last thing youll ever catch me doing.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif

You did cheat! You held the brakes for the entire burn out! I can understand using the brakes a bit to get them going but come on! http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clown.gif

Seriously, you should be able to do that without brakes. You will need the brakes a bit to get them going but once your spinning a bit you shouldn't need them at all.

Bet it sounded good while you were smokin em, http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Wink.gifhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Thumbs Up.gif Can you hear your truck pretty easy with that pipe or is it kinda hard to hear it? I like to hear my exhaust with the windows down and radio up somewhat clearly.

Hold the brakes until it shifts to 2nd gear, once that happens, you dont need the brakes as you will have a hard time trying to get any traction in 2nd. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif

At the beginning you can see the truck kick a little to the left, thats where it did shift into 2nd. In case you didn't have the sound turned on you need to, I think it sounds awesome through the MBRP exhausthttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif

Tire burn outs is a flash back from my youth. Many years ago I had a 12 second 55 Chevy. Every time I would take it out the poeple would yell light em up, hence the name of my ride was "LIDEMUP" and it would. So I have kinda missed that, now I have a Hot Rod truck, so tires are small price to pay to recapture ones youth.
