Follow the throttle wires up and left and you will find a HUGE grommet you can slit and run wires through. It comes out just below the brake resevoir.

I agree, everyone said that the best place is to the top right of the gas pedal, but my 06' and 07classic have a bunch of plastic there. So I'm confused as well. I'm tempted to make another 2" hold in the firewall and put a huge Grommet there just for accessory stuff lol.

It's up and LEFT. Behind the fuse box area.

thanks guys I finished the gauge install today and will have pics up tomorrow. I ran my wires through the grommet by the throttle wires the EGT wire barely stretched and I had to add some more tubing to the boost gauge thanks again

Shawn, do you think you could get a pic of that for me. Cuz honestly I was struggling big time trying to wire stuff through the factory harness grommet, to the point where when I stuck the close hanger through there I stripped off the tape in the inside exposing the wires, I was ****ting bricks, luckily I didnt scrape through the wires themselves but just the electrical tape.

Here are some pictures. Two from inside the cab and two from under the hood.

I drilled a whole where the slave cylinder would go if you had a manual. It is already center punched and has a plastic cap over where it would go on the inside. I will see if I can take some pics later. It seems to be in the same location that SSonnentag's was already grommeted.
