Somebody was telling me that the LLY does not have a wastegate with this new turbo? Is this true, Does it matter much if it doesn't. I think they didn't know what they where talking about.

They are right, no wastegate. It is electronically controlled so no need for a mechanical wastegate.

Technology now a days. Good thing I'm waiting a year or so to get my truck. Warranty maybe will be up if I get an 2004.5 and so they figure more out about the LLY Power upgrades.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Approve.gif
