Can somebody tell me really quick how to adjust thing? To you pivot the arm on the turbo and extend it that way? I am taking it, that I have to extend the wastegate arm? Do I have to unbolt everything again? I am running a max of 24.8 so it only needs about 2 turns. I need some quick help, its getting late and I have to work in the morning!!

You can adjust it with out taking off the wastgate, you just have to pressurize it with air to get the arm on and off. And dont drop the nut when you take it off, us a magnet to hold it. by the way, 24 psi isn't bad at all for max psi. John Edited by: tulsa1718

I finally got everything fixed and got the boost set at 25.6 psi. Is this pretty good? It holds it thru all the gears. I can tell a difference with the wastegate. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clown.gif

The Attitude will not read any higher. You are maxing it's capabilities. A mechanical gauge would be nice to set the level properly.

So, 25.6 isnt right on my attitude? Can I leave my wastegate or not? I thought I had seen my attitdue spike to 29psi before. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Geek.gif

On your attitude go to the records part. Then look at your highest boost, that should tell you how high you ever got it. I also heard that the attitude doesn't read past 25psi.

I would keep raising it until you either hit 30psi peak, or you no longer see black smoke on the highest setting you will be running.

Cool thanks for calling edge and clearing that up. A couple of people sad that it doesn't read past 25psi

my banks waste gate is ajusted to 25.6 that is the max i can get out of it called banks they said i should get atleast 32 psi but even if i turn it in it still stay s at 25,6 its not that i want to go above 30 psi but banks says it will it should be able to . some one said there is a chance my intercoolerleaks a little i know that edge will read over 50 psi because i left my hose off going to the wastegate and reaadings were all over the place as with the hose under the hood also maybee its the altitude im at bout 4500ft
