I am fixing to install my Banks Big Head wastegate I just got in. I have done about everything on this truck myself. The edge install w/ EGT probe, and intake. I was wondering, is this that difficult? Also, what should I look for boost wise on my attitude? I have it set on level 3. I am wondering just in case I have to turn it down.

It can be done in under 30 minutes. I have done it 4 times now, and each time it gets even quicker. I think the last time was under 10 minutes. Just make sure you have the right size torx before getting started. I think you will need a T-55, a 11mm wrench, a 10mm wrench or socket, air compressor, and a flat head screwdriver.


I think at level 3, you will not have enough HP to worry about making too much boost. From what I hear about the the Attitude, it will not read over 26psi anyway, so if you want to run the higher numbers, you will need a guage tapped into the wastegate hose.
