I have an '04 Silverado Duramax/Allison with those sideview mirrors that "give" a little. I use the Cipa mirror extenders when I tow my FW trailer. Unfortunately above about 60 MPH the truck mirror start folding back from the airflow. So the only view I get is the rear quarter of the FW.
Anyone know if these mirrors can be adjusted to NOT fold back?

Mine did the same thing. At first I used 3M trim tape, which worked okay. Since I have installed TTT mirrors from Shefenaker.

Thanks for the info. Last night I cut up one of those plastic butter tubs and fashioned a "wedge" to to attempt to keep the mirror from trying to bend back. I'll find out when I next tow if that is going to work!
Thats strange, I have the CIPA mirrors on my folding mirriors and run 80 to 85mph all the time and they never fold in. I've had the CIPA's on my truck for the last month continuously.
