been there done that-what a let down huh?
Bulldogger 09-30-2006, 07:41 PM I hate to say it but I think Superchips is the programmer with the least amount of problems. Nobody has anything negative to say, that I remember. I'm sure when they open monday you'll get the issue resolved, at least if you get an internet updatable tuner they can e-mail you the new download, vs having to send it back overnight.
hemikilr 09-30-2006, 08:33 PM I believe if the 07 is the same as my 06, the P/N you need is 30033.

That's what I thought too, but we could be wrong:(
TIM Z 10-01-2006, 01:41 PM Thanks for the Reply's . The part # for an 07 duramax is 30034# But i am thinking for some reason maybe i need a 06' programmer? What else could it be? I'll find out Monday, no saturday service SUCKS! Ive had 3 other Hypertech programmers on other vehicles with out a problem.BTW My truck was Manufactured on 8/30/06. It is definitley an 07, Window sticker/ bill of sale/title verify that.I wander if they stuck an 06 PCM in it with a 07 VIN, I know the PCM's are the same.
dynarex 10-01-2006, 01:53 PM same thing happened to me-had to send it back and then tried it-worked great but s/c is better because of the usb port so any problems like that can be done online

Did you find anything out yet?
TIM Z 10-02-2006, 07:39 PM Yes, I talked to Hypertech today, they had just released these tuners 2 weeks ago and have had 3 problems including mine, The File is written wrong in the programmer and they have corrected it. The are overnighting free of charge another programmer to me. I will report how i like it. I do have to say the people there are friendly and very helpful. Hope to have more power tomorrow! Not i like i need it or anything! I actually am impressed with the torque this sucker has with just intake/exhaust mods!
Well at least they are taking care of you. Let us know how it works out.:grd:
