MY buddy has a 06 ex cab lbz dually 4x4 and recently started going to the track with it. With a MBRP T Back, Blocked and stuck and a afe I it ran a 15.1 ( cant remember mph) and now with a predator on 120 its runnig highr mph but slower? It seems like its defueling bad off the line! its launching and the falling on its face for a sec or two and then takes off again. It will also do this if it spins tire on the streeet like on a wet road!

Is this some sort of traction controle or some other type of defueling problem? It will also do it stock but its just a little harder to spin the tires to get it to do it!

Thanx for any help in advance,
Caleb

I was messing with the truck yesterday on a long stretch of road near my house .I ran it on 120 and it did the same thing just like it is defueling. Then i ran it on the 85hp level 4 times and it seemed to run fine?

dragracer, I stopped by and had a little conversation with your truck today. He told me that he is going to continue doing this until you treat him right and take the outer duals off and hook that mo'fo to a sled! :D

After that, he said he will cooperate on the 1/4 mile

Are you launching in 4x4. I ran my truck with the pred on 120 a few times at the 1/8th and it performed and shifted great. On wet pavement it does as you describe. It will break tire to redline, defuel, shift, then start spinning till the next gear change.

yes the truck was in 4 wheel drive and it seemed like it was on the 2-3 gear shift every time i tried it
