I have a 1999 F-250 powerstroke 7.3L. I went to start it up after it had only been sitting for about 2 hours (starting fine prior to that). Turned the key, waited for the glowplugs as usual, then went to crank it but got nothing not even clicking. Lights are bright and dont go dim when I try to start it. I replaced both batteries anyway but still get the same result. Does anybody know what this could be?

my uncle bought a 2002 f-250 7.3 brand new a few years back and before it even left the dealer it

1 fell off the truck. the kid never put the ramps down to unload the truck and it fell off. it bent the nerf bars and something else minor.

2 their was a nail sticking out of the top of the cab. dealer said their was nothing they could do the truck was already signed over.

3 he jumped in it to start it and it would only turn over not start.

the dealer called at 7 pm to say the truck was their and ready picked up at 9 the next morning. well at 9 they signed all papers and shook hands. then the truck falls off. so they take it to the shop and switch the nerf bars with anouther truck then he finds the nail and a phone call to ford motor corp nothing happened. then he tried to start it. and it ended up being one of the relays or something. well ford said that they would not buy backthe truck because it was all minor things that could happen at any time. and that some things just have flaws.

to go along with the some things just got flaws at 40,000 it blew a motor then again at 42,000. at 42,500 he got a new hemi.
