My d-max didnt come w/fog lights, but my best friend recently picked up a LLY and it has em on it, and im impressed w/them and how much light they can add...so im pondering installing them to my pickup. Wondering if you guys might be able to shoot what id be looking at for the dealer to do it. Could they just cut out the holes in the air dam, or would a new one have to be ordered?? Should be able to wire the switch, just like it had came from the factory to? That whole light cluster on the left wouldnt have to be replaced to do it would it??

Should be a real easy upgrade.

I put a set of factory fog lights on my truck several months ago, I just took the truck in to have the lights turned on (they have to tell your BCM that they are there). My truck had the cut outs I just had to run the harness and mount the lights.


The kit I bought had the lights the harness the relay and pretty good instructions. I bought the kit from a dealer out of Texas.


I have read of guys cutting the holes out for the lights but a new air damn would be a much cleaner install.
