A couple different times today after i shut my pickup off, and it wouldnt sit more than 5 mins...id go to restart it, and it took a prolly 2-2.5 secs for it to catch. Might not sound like much, but in the seat its noticeable...
Thinking back about it, the few times that it did it, i dont think i let it idle for like 20-30 secs like i usually do...i just pulled in,park, shutoff, is it possible that it was somehow flooded or something from shutdown.???
Truck was up to temp as well....

When you attempted to re-start it did the glow plug indicator light up before you turned her over? You mention it was at operating temp when you did this. Mine will take a bit longer to start if the engine is warm and I shut down and restart a short time later. It only does this when the outside temp is real warm though. The glow plug cycle is bypassed in this situation (not by me but by the computer) and I think that's probably the reason why. Is it normal, not sure but it's been that way since day one, and hasn't got any worse.
