If the lord is willing it will turn 310K next week. Only costly problem was the detnation sensors ($347.oo) since new in 1999. It is the lite duty 2500 with 5.3-- use's no oil, trans is origional, no piston slap, UNI FILTER installed at around 100k. Truck has had manny loads on the rubber pads on the rear. People can talk all they want but if a truck is serviced correctly it will be good to you. This truck is driven daly in sales and goes to shop for service ever 5k miles. you would laugh if I said what kind of oil the boss makes me use and believe me I was not a believer in this oil untill this. Looks like I may be getting a new one soon the way he is talkin. Hopefully a D-Max

I agree. For the most part, if you take care of your truck, it will take care of you. However, every now and again a bad one rolls out of the factory.
And let's not forget about that UNI magic. http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big%20Smile.gif
