I know its been said before, but it needs to be said again. In this day and age of mediocre service for products that are engineered at the lowest cost, its becoming rare to find a company and representatives that provide excellent service and well engineered products that meet or exceed expectations. Joe Webb and Suncoast are good examples.


I had the opportunity to talk with Joe yesterday. He was friendly; forthwright; honest; knowledgable; willing to share his knowledge, experience and insight; and absolutely no BS or sales hype. He was honest with his comparison of Suncoast upgrades to competitors, but in no way negative or disparaging about others.


No, I don't work for Suncoast. No, I'm not getting anything for this endorsement. No, I'm not getting any discount for these words. I feel that the good companies and people need to be recognized for their products and service. Having talked to Joe yesterday as well for one of the first times; I can say that I share this oppinion 100%. I'm pretty sure he's like that everyday too.

Joe gets two thumbs up from me for sure! He took the time to answer all my questions. The service from SunCoast was excellent rate...and my core charge was returned very promptly( a first for me).


Oh, and the tranny parts...Fabulous. The Allison now runs like it should have from the factory!!!!
