I need to replace the brake pads on my 01 6.6 2500hd. Any one have any recomendations ? I don't want to buy junk but I don't want to spend a fortune if I don't have to.

I would stick with AC Delco. I wouldn't get any "gauranteed for life" ones, they cause more wear to the rotor and it's much cheaper to change pads than rotors.
