Just curious should I only run the 1 setting on my stock tranny. I tried setting 2 was pulling a hill and it kick out, but didn't set the light or go in to tranny limp mode. It might have been because I didn't let it learn enough. Any help would be appreciated. I also run a boost stick so thats putting me up hight to would guess. Anyone let me know. Thanks

Level 1 would be safest. I say put it to extreme, blow the tranny up, then you're forced to buy a good one.

The only bad part is the money part, otherwise it would be done. But thanks for the info.

I say run your truck in 4lo all the time with the od locked out and run it on level 4. As much as you use your truck you can afford a loss in mpg. :joke:

with no fuel system up grade you would not see the full potential of level 4

PPE defuels on all the lower tunes below HOT, to prevent slipping or damaging the Allison. I believe that you would have to full throttle the vehicle a bit to cause it to slip.
