Wow! Followed the instructions in the "shebang" thread and the avalanche site and got the "Theftlock" message and sound out of RF only. Brought the amp program and theftlock disengage instructions from Av site to the dealer yesterday and requested they ONLY perform those changes.

Dealer was skeptical, indicating that 4 or 5 people had tried to add Nav before me and were unsuccessful. They had it going in about 20 minutes. Mechanic asked where I received instructions and I referred him here.
