I am looking at programmers and see some have a low boost fueling option. What is this and what are the pros and cons to having this feature? Thanks!

Just what it says. Adds additional fuel prior to the turbo completely spooling up. Helps get you going, increases smoke ouptput, if thats what you want, and also wastes fuel. It's a nice option though.

Yea, I have been looking for a programmer that will do some crop dusting if needed. It seems that the Edge product is the only one that will roll some smoke when needed. I don't need it all the time, as I have read when it's smoking it is not being power effective so to say. But I would like the feature for pesky tailgators.
