Picking mine up at 10:00 am tomorrow!....

...Dealer has called several times and given me updates, this Howard guy still has nothing, I think he must be using this to store a database of people's names and addresses for some strange reason...

I gave Howard my info too and after that never heard a word from him even after repeated emails wondering if he had any status,

The only single email I got from him was, "no news is good news" and something about expectant fathers and babies, http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif

I was wondering if something was odd about it,

Rob

Sorry to hear you guys didn't have things work out with Howard, but don't be too hard on him.

He's retired and has family in Florida who I gather he goes to see often. For me, and a whole lot of other folks here, he's done a wonderful job of letting us know where our trucks are once they are built and on the way.

Also, he does this for several different forums. It's not his job in life, he just does it to help out when he can, I appreciate his efforts...http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif

Did not intend to be mean, he contacted me back shortly after i first contacted him and told me that he was about to "call" and he would let me know.....He just never let me know.

It all goes back to you get what you pay for...lol

My truck was on hold for over a month and a half finally got it last week. What really annoyed me was at the end when it was unloaded from the rail car in Kansas city and sat in the railyard for another two weeks. Anyways, Howard would always get in tough with me as soon as he was able to after hearing anything about where my truck was...Picked it up last week and its been running great.

Well I contacted Howard about the supplier discount he put me on the list and said I would have one the next month. As promised my authorization was emailed on the 3 of the month. After scouring the state I found one dealer willing to honor it with the truck I wanted. Well here it is.
