My lbz keeps throwing a "boost a perf" code when it is cold. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

This code is one of them. Down load v2.3.2 CL from website and problems should be fixed. Note after changing to v2.3.2 your peak boost may decrease from 28-30 psi to approx. 25-27 psi. I hardly ever use CL.
