Dad's truck has a really strange electrical problem... When he rolls his DS window up and down, it will short the speaker on and off. I have no idea why the switch would be in any way connected to the speaker... Ideas?

Could be you have a bad/incomplete ground to the window switch. You'd have to pull the door panel and check the wiring all the way to the speaker and the switches. The RR speaker static is probably a grounding issue within the radio wire harness. That can get tricky to locate.... | ||
