I had the same problem of my truck pulling slightly to the right upon delivery. (Built 4/20/2004, Pontiac.) I took it to my local dealer for an alignment check and they fixed the problem on the first visit. The work order said "Caster out of Spec".
My brother's 2003 Duramax also pulled slightly to the right upon delivery. The same dealer also fixed his problem on the first visit. (It is also a Pontiac extended cab truck.)
Since you still have the problem after two repair attempts, I think the dealer may have an equipment issue, may be using incorrect specs, or the person doing the repair is not experienced in front end work. I think I would try a different dealer for the third try.
The problem is in the quality of the repair, not any kind of design deficency in the front end of the truck. Both mine and my brother's tracked great after the alignment was set to the proper specifications.
Good Luck .......
Edited 6/16/04: Forgot to mention that you may have a defective radial tire causing the pull. Try switching the tires. Edited by: BH in AZ

I had similar problem, not a pull, but wheel not centered. Dealer did an alignment, and invoice said they adjusted tow to spec. Tracks great now.
