I just picked up my dual gauge A-pillar and am needing to color match the interior paint now. I know everyone suggest VHT paint for it but my problem is finding it. I would like to find it at a local store but no luck. from what i have found online it costs more for shipping then what the paint costs. Anyone have any suggestions on where to get it where shipping isnt so much or an alternative to VHT that will work and is close to interior color match. Thanks

I used the VHT with primer also. The color match is great. Just suck it up and pay the $6 shipping to get the $7 cans of paint. How else are you going to do it? The color is very good.

Go to a local paint store and get interior color.. the code is on the glove box door at bottom. then cross reference with a chip book read the fine print under the chip to make sure it for a truck as there the same codes for different vehicles but the color is a couple shades off call if you dont understand Krusty 1 970 405 6373

Well I found a paint at a local automotive paint supply store. Used for painting bumpers interior and exterior plastics. They even have gm color match so it was perfect. Only runs 8 bucks a can and didnt have to pay any shipping. i believe the product it SEM. talked to a few ppl and they recomended it so I am gonna try it out.

the SEM is good stuff, I painted 2 pillars with it, the match is almost identical on mine and it went on really easy, only mistake I ma have made was I only wiped down the pillar with alcohol and painted, it may or maynot peel, but I guess time will tell
