this would be for the attitude. anyone have any idea if you need the extra cord or not to mount it in the overhead compartment. i havnt the foggest

The newer Attitudes come with a nine foot cord and don't require an extension. The older ones had a six foot cord and need the three foot extension for the ATS overhead mount.

I did have to get the extension for mine. I ran the wire down pillar and out through the door wire harness through the opening around the door hinge. Made sure the wire didnt come close to the hinge mechanism. Everything is hidden and professional looking.

i have ordered the plate now i am just wating for it to come in the mail. i got board and have already run it up there. i have plenty of cord left aswell. i am assuming that ats is the only people that make one right now-that is the plate
