I bought a billet grill for my 2500HD from some folks off of Ebay. Needless to say, they did not send me the correct mounting hardware on two separate tries and I cannot make out the picutures in the photocopy instructions. If you guys can show me some picutures of how these are typically mounted I can fabricate my own mounting. The kind I bought was the no cut or drill needed style.

I had a similar problem. The way mine mounts is that the billet grill will have holes in it for the screws. The kit should have come with some flat pieces of metal that have holes in them each. The screws pass through the mounting holes in the billet grille through the stock grille area and then should screw into those flat pieces of metal behind the stock grille and then you use nuts on the the other side of the flat piece of metal to secure it. Hope this helps.

The anchors you use for drywall work well. The kind you oinch and they expand back.

Don't suppose you know where I can by the mounting kits by themselves do you? The stupid people I am working with only sent 3 of 4 brackets and the screws they sent are too big to fit between the vanes of the grill.

"oinch"

I guess that is a piece of jargon I haven't gotten onto yet.
