Who makes the brightest bulbs for our trucks?

In general, you can get better low beam performance by using high-beam (9005) bulbs in place of your low-beam bulbs (9006). Sylvania Xenarc (http://www.sylvania.com/xenarc/x2020.htm) unfortunately you both have 04's and I don't think they are available yet. You could try contacting Sylvania and see what their plans are if you are interested.
