In the the last 2-3 Diesel Power Magazines, S&B air filters have ran adds that state If you have a K&N cold air intake that they will send you a free filter for it. Just do as the ad says. If you have trouble you can call S&B also. You must know what model number of K&N cai you have. If you do not know go to K&Ns web site and figure out what model number you have on your truck.

At this point my plan is to use it when Its time to change filters, Just swap them back and forth every 10,000-15,000 mile. It should make life easy, and even more painless. Hope this helps.

I do not know. I figure they think there filter is much better then the K&N, but who knows. Time will tell I guess.

Own both and running both now.I think S&B is a much better filter in several ways.
If I can ever get a Diesel Power magazine will get one for the Suburban.

I should have bought a K&N but no I bought a AFE.
