I have a few of these and I think they would mkae good traction bar ends. Thats a 2 5/16" ball For size comparrison.

i think those would work good don't think you would have to worry about brakage but what i have heard over build first so you don't have to do it agian

alot of guys are using something that looks just like those.

Some of the tubes are hollow and some are solid. Ill probally take a hollow set and line them with pipe. Ill put another piece over that. Double walled with those should be pretty stout.
