No confirmed information on crew cabs. _ ref.: http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=93851 In mid-August, the guys who handle the fleet & commercial sales at two different dealers told me the order cutoff was "in a couple of weeks," so that tends to corroborate the early Sept. date. I've also had other dealers tell me October, but they seemed to be guessing. I know when they came out with the LLY, I ordered my truck in Oct, and it was built the very last week, they made the LB7. So, I got one of the last weeks of it. GOOD engine. So, if you want one with all the crap on it, you better hurry.
