I have done a search but could not find a satisfying answer to my question.

I have a feeling that my suspension is off in the front. When i look at the bolts that torque the keys that hold the Torsion bars i see that one is in way more than the other. i measure between the tires and the wheels wells and the right side (looking from the inside) has a higher gap than the left but the left bolt is cranked in way more than the right. Should both bolts be equal?

Not really. Just make sure the truck is level. Jack up the truck to take weight off, give her some turns, lower truck and bounce on the bumper a few times, measure, repeat if necisarry. Dont raise your front end more than 1.5-2" from its factory hight(turns dosnt matter, just final ride hight) to keep all your steering/cv's and such in a respectable angle. If its realy off i would take it to the dealer and have em look at it. But since you have an 02....if warantee is still intact or if you just bought it.
