Basically they allow you to either PCM lock OR Year/model lock so depending if you think you'll just be tuning your vehicle or if you know your going to tune other vehicles or even do a group buy type of deal with you and 3 other friends your covered :D

The upgrade credit system basically assures you that your vin locked licenses dont go to waste by giving you AT LEAST 75% towards a year/model locked license which allows you to tune an unlimited amount of vehicles for the year/model license you purchase.

our help files are also availble online, although the Duramax stuff is currently in the works.

You only need to license a PCM to write to it, you can scan and read it all you want w/out using a license.

nope, you can scan nearly every 96+ GM vehicle currently free of charge & soon will have ford followed by dodge scanning & tuning, all free :D

BTW guys, we do have a feature request section, so if theres a parameter/table/feature you'd like to see that ISNT currently in the program put in a request, they are always looking to improve their program and the only way to do so is creative thinking and user feedback! :)

I've got my fingers crossed on this one...I don't really know much about the capabilities of the PCM's, but im sure hpt will work something out that will please the crowd :D

I'm going to turn the boys from Superchips loose on so some "in vehicle" testing starting next week. So we shall see how it goes from there.

you could tune 4 separate duramax VEHICLES period. They don't care what tranny is in it and don't ask you license the tranny separate. You get 8 credits 2 credits will tune any duramax vehicle.
