I just received quotations for a 2005 C4500 Kodiac. Wow the price really increased on the duramax option -- $6946


The 4x4 option is $4500 and only available in 5.13 gear ratio, that would dampen gas mileage a tad. My 2wd gets 14.5 with the duramaz but the new one I would calculate around 11 at best.


They're also available with the Monroe pickup package which I have.


Just passing information for everyone.

Your answers below the best that I could put together based on my price for my 2004 and the quote I got for a 2005 4x4 crew cab with same Monroe package. I didn't inflate the Monroe prices to 2005 because I don't know what they are.


My 2004 crew with everything but leather and air suspension was listed at $56,400


The same truck with 4x4 option and everything else the same lists at $65,169





bott have air, pw, tilt, cd, air susp seats, 3 inch drop kit (2WD ONLY), TITAN HITCH, b&w gooseneck hitch, aluminum wheels with fancy covers, all nerf bars, grill and air inlet guards, and Monroe box.
